Preschool Update

A copy of what your child will be speaking and singing in our Christmas service on Thursday, December 21 was sent home last  week.  Please spend a few minutes every day going over these with them to help the words become familiar.  If your child will not be here for the Christmas service please let us know as we are counting on every child to be a part of this service.  All children should plan to come to school on Wednesday, December 20 at 8:30 ( no afternoon class that day).  This will be the one and only time we all practice our Christmas service together.  It is also the day of our Christmas party which begins at 10:30.  If your child cannot make it to school that day please speak with me. On Thursday, December 21 there is no class in the morning, all students come to school at 10:45,  dressed in their nice clothes and ready for the service.
We picked names this week for our Christmas party gift exchange.  Please look for a yellow slip in your child’s folder telling you who they picked.  If you can’t find it just ask we have a master list.  Keep gifts $5-$7 if possible and have them to school no later than Monday 12/18 labeled who they are to and from (its still a surprise we don’t read well yet).
The cold weather looks like its maybe here to stay.  Keep sending those warm coats, hats and mittens, we are much happier when we are warm.
