At Home with the Lord
In his grace and wisdom the Lord took to himself the soul of our sister Hildegard Kudsk on Tuesday, February 19. A Christian Victory Service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00am, with a light lunch to follow. “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.” (Psalm 116:15)

Rocky Mountain Lutheran High School (RMLHS) is preparing for its annual Gala Dinner and Auction, set for Friday, March 22, at Crystal Rose Brittany Hill in Thornton. All federation members are invited to attend. The high school is asking for donated items that can be auctioned at the event. Look for a donation form listing auction item ideas and a donor registration form in your church mailbox next week. If you can donate an item, or if you are in a position to offer matching funds, contact Kathy Kieselhorst at firstname.lastname@example.org or 303-931-3934. The deadline for donations is March 15.
Save the Date!
On Sunday, March 17, at 3:30pm, we will have special thirty-five-minute service in which we will dedicate the building expansion to the glory of God. A potluck dinner will follow. Additional details will be available in the coming weeks.
Preparing for Next Week
The Lord invites us to turn from our sin confident of his full and free forgiveness and his steadfast love. Prepare for the Third Sunday in Lent by reading Numbers 16:23-40; 1 Corinthians 10:1-13; and St. Luke 13:1-9 (sermon lesson).
Thanks to those who will volunteer their time and energy in cleaning the church in the coming weeks: Randy and Stacey Currier and Anthony and Alice Darden (March 2) and Paul and Dani Lindholm and Bernie and Cindy Dull (March 9). Please contact the office to schedule a cleaning time and to secure a key.
